How do I book my band at the Levee?

Music and entertainment are an important part of the experience at Newport on the Levee. We do have bands perform on various nights throughout the year, particularly throughout the weekends from April through October. Please see our Event Policies for information on booking your band at the Levee.

How do I request a donation for my charitable organization?

The Levee is very involved in the community and often gives donations for great causes. In order to process your request, we will need a letter either faxed or mailed to us on letterhead with the name and date of the event, its purpose, your tax ID number, what you are requesting from the Levee and what timing you will need your request processed. Donations typically take two to three weeks to process. If you need it sooner than that, you are welcome to make arrangements to pick your donation up. If mailing your request, please send it to:

Event Coordinator
Newport on the Levee
1 Levee Way, Suite 1113
Newport, KY 41071

If faxing your request, please fax it to (859) 291-7020.

How can I get a job at the Levee?

We are not able to be involved in our tenants’ hiring schedules and thus we are usually not aware when they are hiring until they contact us to place those listings on their tenant page of the website. Your best option will be to contact each tenant you are interest in working for (maybe pick a day to come out and drop by to fill out applications) and then follow-up with phone calls every few weeks to see if there are positions that have opened. You'll find a complete listing of our tenants (with their phone numbers) in the Directory. You can call the tenant you're interested in first to see if stopping by to apply would be a good idea.

I'm planning a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party. What is there to do?

We recommend starting the evening at GameWorks for some exciting video games, have a dinner at one of the restaurants, and then catch a show at Funny Bone Comedy Club. Bar Louie, Star Lanes and Toro have great atmospheres that guests seem to love to experience for bachelor and bachelorette parties. You'll find that many of the restaurants love having a group such as yours and will be happy to make reservations for you. You can contact the individual restaurants by phone and you can view Levee restaurant's individual menus and contact information in the Directory.

Each restaurant has its own unique flavor and by browsing the Directory, you may decide you want to choose an Italian and larger restaurant like BRIO. Claddagh Irish Pub is cozy and fun; Mitchell's Fish Market is a favorite for many - especially anyone who likes seafood, and GameWorks offers fun for all ages.

You will find some hotels have Newport on the Levee certificate packages, and by participating in those packages, you and your friends can enjoy special offers at many of the Levee venues.

Taxis and the Southbank Shuttle are great ways to get around the area. Both options will drop you off at the Levee or at your hotel at the end of your evening.

Does the Levee allow scavenger hunts?

The Levee Management office has an approved list of scavenger hunt questions and answers. Only those groups using this list and pre-approved by the Levee Management office are permitted to conduct scavenger hunts. Please contact the Marketing Department at 859-815-1387 or 859-815-1389.
