The trade area served by Newport on the Levee is home to 2.6 million persons living in 1,037,673 households. Household incomes currently average $88,220. All of these factors result in a retail potential of more than $5.5 billion in this market. The Levee’s eclectic mix of entertainment, dining and retail merchants, unique animators, outdoor musical performances, and the Cincinnati-skyline views, has captured more than 3,500,000 visitors per year since opening in 2001.

New, energy-efficient fluorescent light bulb fixtures were installed over the past few months in the Levee’s parking garage. The project, managed by Becker Electric, has proven to be environmentally conscience by reducing the electrical demand in the area, while also “brightening” up the garage with a wider light distribution.

 

Fashion Retailers Renew at Newport on the Levee

Aug 30, 2011 - The leasing activity at Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s #1 entertainment and dining destination shows no signs of slowing down. Newport on the Levee (NOTL) has announced that two more tenants, Claire’s and Journey’s, have renewed their leases. Both stores opened with the center in 2001.

Mitchell's Fish Market Renews Commitment to Newport on the Levee

Jan 12, 2011 - As a result of its continued success, Mitchell’s Fish Market, Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky’s premier fresh seafood restaurant, has renewed its lease at Newport on the Levee for five more years. The 7,500 square foot, Columbus-based restaurant first opened its doors at the Levee in the fall of 2001.
