Newport on the Levee Gift Cards are available for purchase in-person during the Levee's Hours of Operation at the Welcome Center kiosk, located on the Riverwalk Level near the Newport Aquarium.  Cash, Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

We are no longer selling Newport on the Levee gift cards online.  To purchase a gift card over the phone, please call Tara Wilfert in the management office during regular business hours at (859) 291-0550 ext. 10. Shipping and handling fees apply.

 Gift cards and certificates may be redeemed at any Newport on the Levee merchant, restaurant or entertainment venue, excluding seasonal kiosks.  Gratuity is excluded from the value of the card.  Please visit our Online Directory for a complete list of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues where our gift cards are welcome. 

Levee Gift Cards are available at a minimum of $10 and are available at any increment total up to $500.  There is a $1 activation fee per card per purchase.  Any value amount unused from the Levee Gift Card at the time of redemption will remain as future value on the Card and will be able to be used for another Newport on the Levee dining, retail or entertainment purchase.  There is a $2 monthly service fee deducted from the Levee Gift Card. That total is waived for the first year.

To register your Newport on the Levee Gift Card or to check your Gift Card balance, please visit Gift Card Balance Online and enter your Newport on the Levee Gift Card number.  The website will walk you through all steps.

If you are coming to Newport on the Levee to purchase a Levee Gift Card, please know that short term parking is available at the meters in the ground parking lot at 3rd and Washington Streets, just to the east of the Levee.  There is also a courtesy 15-minute period at the Valet Circle to allow time to purchase your Levee Gift Card.

The following changes are necessary due to regulatory guidelines mandated by our Sponsor Bank, and these rules will be enforced starting November 2007.

Individuals purchasing more than $1,000 in gift cards, must pay by Visa or MasterCard only.  No cash sales over $1,000 per individual will be accepted.  You must have a valid driver’s license as well.

Companies purchasing more than $3,000 in gift cards, must by pay by Visa or MasterCard or company check.  No cash sales over $3,000 per business will be accepted.  The purchaser will need to provide a valid driver’s license and a company business card.  If paying with a company check, please contact Tara Wilfert at 859-291-0550 ext. 10 to make prior arrangements.
